MEET THE AUTHOR

Bill and his wife Angela met in the south coast town of Brighton, Sussex, England in 1956. They were married in the summer of 1957 and have five children, Neil Foster, Deborah Mary, Mark Evert, Kelley Jane and Kevin Viner.

Bill graduated from High School in Watson, Arkansas and almost immediately went into the United States Army as a Private. Twenty years later he retired from the army as a Chief Warrant Officer. After completing requirements for and earning his Bachelor of Science Degree, he went to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he worked the better part of seventeen years before returning to Fort Smith, Arkansas for retirement. He now writes and works on Covey genealogy.
